Support Affordable Access to Medigap in Nebraska

Currently, if you’re a dialysis patient in Nebraska who is under the age of 65, you are not able to buy a Medigap plan. Every other patient with a disability who is under age 65 can purchase an affordable Medigap plan, except for dialysis patients. We need your help to end this discriminatory practice!

Senator John Fredrickson has introduced legislation to end this discrimination and ensure that under age 65 dialysis patients have the same access to Medigap coverage as other Nebraskans. We need your help with building support to get this legislation passed.
